Next, we’ll set up a conversation. We’ll talk about your work, thought process, and what impact means to you. You’re free to ask us anything, too. We’re not looking for a perfect skill-to-skill match, but a "skills-to-potential match",backed by curiosity, clarity of thought, and strong fundamentals. When it comes to technical evaluation, how you think and why you choose an approach matters more than surface-level know-how.
4. A Small Challenge
Sometimes, based on the profile, we might share a small real-world problem to see how you think, not how you code or design under pressure. Take your time, think, and show your reasoning.
5. Meet the Humans You’ll Work With
Chat with a few future teammates to sense how our collaboration, culture, and rhythm feel to you. It’s about mutual comfort and connection.
6. The Alignment Chat
A light conversation with the founder about values, growth, and mutual expectations.
